In this  project New Lancer Contractors  built the back  framingand all open tubs; almost one per room. The open tubs had different shapes: oval or multifaceted. Each of the decks was a real  challenge. The walls were 12 feet tall. We also built the custom round staircase and floors were adjusted to adapt the open staircase raiser. We built arcs  and the rest  was also our workforce. Only the walls were made by the framer.
